Lyric Stage’s Summer SuperStars Camp Musical Theatre Camp with Lyric Stage (Ages 12 -18) June 10 – June 28, 2013. Camp Hours: 9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Featuring a full-scale production of THE MUSIC MAN by our campers.

Following Lyric Stage’s professional production of Meredith Willson’s classic THE MUSIC MAN, aspiring actors from age 12 to 18 will star in a youth production of the show.

Led by Lyric’s theatre pros, this 3 week camp includes daily instruction in vocal performance, musical theatre dance, acting and technical theatre. The camp also includes special workshops in stage combat, stage management and producing a professional show. The camp production features the same set, costumes and props as the professional production and two public performances at the end of camp. All campers are cast in the show!

Performances June 27 and June 28 at 7:00 pm in Carpenter Performance Hall

Important: Students enrolled in the theatre camp must attend rehearsal everyday and be available to perform on the evenings of June 27 and 28.

Tuition is $685 for the three-week Lyric Stage Super Stars Musical Theatre Camp. Register early – space is limited.
